Ways our postpartum doulas can help

We recognize that every family is unique, and our postpartum support is customized to meet your specific needs. When we walk in the door, we’ll sit down with you and talk about what’s needed on that particular day. Whether you need meal prep, light housekeeping, baby care, or just a nap, we've got you covered.

Infant feeding
Whether you’re choosing to breast or bottle feed, we can help you nourish your baby.
Sibling support
Do you have other littles in the house? We have tips to help manage everyone as you’re all adjusting to the new baby.
Sleep for you and your baby
There is a reason newborns sleep the way they do. We can help you understand this, and assist you in figuring out a good rhythm with your baby.  The first few months are rough for new parents, and our doulas will make sure you're catching up on your rest while we're in the house.
Baths for you and your baby
We can show you how to bathe your baby. It seems like such a simple thing, but it's an incredible gift to have some help with your slippery little newborn! We can also make sure you have time to get in a shower or deep tub to relax while we are there to hold your baby.
Shopping, cleaning and organizing
If you need, we can stop by the store on our way to your house.  We also do light housekeeping to stay on top of dishes and laundry (there will be a lot!!)
Nutritious food
We want to nurture your body as you heal by making and feeding you wholesome food.
Holistic well being (care)
Our doulas focus not only on the physical aspects but also the emotional and mental well-being of new parents. We aim to create a safe and nurturing environment for you to thrive with your baby.
Education and guidance
Our doulas provide evidence-based information to empower you as parents. From newborn care tips to breastfeeding guidance, we offer a wealth of knowledge to help you make informed decisions for your family.
Referrals to quality resources
We have a wealth of resources at our fingertips such as pediatricians, lactation support and support groups.

All of the information and care you need in one place - home.
